If a client sells a home and has a Closing Statement or other information that was not need in a previous year, there is no "Other Documents" box to upload documents. While you the ability to upload documents on another page, the Client doesn't always know how to do that. I waste countless hours telling them how to upload additional documents.
As we begin reviewing client submissions in Intuit Link, I'm once again pulling my hair out. Having to click on the status "dot" next to each question and mark it complete is so incredibly tedious and time consuming. PLEASE GIVE US THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF ALL QUESTIONS AS A BATCH!! Maybe at the bottom of the Questionnaire section?
When a dependent of a client has to file a return this year for the first time, I'd love a simple button to Make this Dependent a new Client. And thank you if Lacerte also creates the Family Link.

all vouchers should get uploaded to the efile homebase in one shot. Its impossible to know which entities have state vouchers needing efile without keeping a separate schedule.

In the past the asset numbers were shown on the input screen. They still show up on the Depreciation Schedule. Can you put the asset numbers back on the input screen. It is difficult if you have a client with several hundred assets to find the asset without a num
When calling tech support, we should be asked initially, if we're using a Stand Alone, Network, or Hosting environment, so that we can be directed initially to the correct support person. I called support and waited 10 minutes for an advocate, only to be told that she could not help me because I was was using the Hosting environment. Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get connected to the person who could finally help me. That's valuable time during the busiest part of the year
