How do I "retrieve" vendor history?  My assistant unknowingly deleted the vendor history for 2019.  We need that information for vendor history.  Currently, the A/P is only showing the outstanding invoices as of 12/31/19.

I am struggling to interpret my clients W4 forms to setup payroll employee files.  How do I know how to convert to a deduction number, when the new forms is a dollar figure, or nothing at all? No one seems to fully understand the "easier" 2020 W4.

Hello everyone,I am wondering when Intuit is going to fix the issue with the 1095-C forms and not printing the last digit on the cents. We need to complete these forms and cannot because of this issue. Does anyone know when this is going to be fixed? Thank you

Today Fire@irs sent the results of my 1/28/2020 submissions and they are sending with a T indicating they are test files. But of course they were not sent as test files. Anyone else having this issue?

I cannot find where the Information Return System makes or stores the txt files required by Oklahoma to file Oklahoma forms 1099-MISC. If this file must be created another way, please share.

Does anyone know how the 2020 version of EasyAcct is going to handle the challenges of the new W-4?  I am getting a little nervous. 

I am unable to file my Vermont w2s electronically as the Information return system generates a .DAT file which is not accepted by Vermont. Vermont requires a .TXT file. Any solutions to this issue ?

When using the EasyAcct ProSeries Tax Transfer, I'm getting the message that the transfer is complete, but when going into the return within the ProSeries program there is no data.   Has anything changed for this year or possibly just not ready yet?

When trying to print 940 the system boots me back to the Print Reports screen.  What can I do to fix this issue?

I've had 2 companies disappear from my company selection.  I tried to enter them again as a new company and it says they already exist.  I went to my data files and found their file but it's not showing up in my company selection.  Any way to get them to show back up?

I have created transmittal files for W-2s and 1099s successfully, but when I try to print the transmittal forms 4804 for 1099s and 6559 for W-2s, it does not print and closes the program. Could be similar to the previous posts about not creating a transmittal file. I have also successfully submitted my first W-2 files thru SSA BSO. Anyone seen the print issue? I tried calling EASY and it is more than 1 hour wait time.

Current version of EasyAcct.   Several versions of Quickbooks & Quickbooks Enterprise on my computer due to various client needs.       I have used the feature of transferring from Quickbooks to EasyAcct for many years so I know how to use the process.    EasyAcct now tries to open the wrong version of QB to access the company file and therefore cannot do the transfer.   I now get a message that it will only transfer from 2017 and newer quickbooks when I already have 2017, 2018, and 2019 on my computer and the client's quickbooks company file is in 2019.   Why doesn't EasyAcct just open the applicable version of quickbooks for that company file and continue with the transfer?   

Using a new computer with Windows 10 Professional.  Using new installation from the website of EasyAcct 2019/2020.      I've transferred from Quickbooks to EasyAcct many years so I know the process.  First time I try to transfer using the new software, EasyAcct pops up a message that Windows 7 needs administrator approval.  I'm the only user/administration on this stand alone computer and its Windows 10.  Why does EasyAcct ask this?  After I click ok to proceed, it says it couldn't access the files and stops.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Missouri SUTA report leaving the employee first name, year and quarter fields blank?  Does anyone have any insight as to a fix or if Intuit is working on the problem.  I can not get an E-mail to go through for the E-mail support staff.

Has anyone been able to submit WI EFW2 files?I am getting error messages about the tax withholding numbers. I tried a few different clients and get the same message.EasyAcct says it is Wisconsin's issue. Wisconsin says it is an issue with EasyAcct.  

I just ran an update and while the 941 did efile successfully, i received error code 17 when trying to efile the 940. Anyone else have issues with this? 

i have downloaded the software and run installation, reboot computer and it does not show up as installed on my machine.  i have turned my firewall off and still no icon or program name to run  i can look in my downloads file and see both information system and ez updates there and run them again same results
