The new community has arrived

It might be a bit premature, but the new and improved community appears to kinda suck.

I had no other expectation. I haven’t ventured trying a Search yet. Bet it still sucks, too.

Seems like they fixed the tagging issue, but it’s case sensitive and still a PITA. Uploading jpegs works. Like everything else Intuit, it’s probably a work in progress… released before ready for prime time

But every now and then it would be nice to have a finished product. 😶

I’m not a gambler, but my money would be on St Helens for that bet.

I can’t get the notifications as a list, just a little pop up? That prevents scanning it and selecting from the list, since you have to keep jumping to the mouse or touchpad for the scrollbar. I would guess many of us are keyboard driven after years of doing input on software fields.

And I’m having a hard time detecting who replied when, to an existing topic. I have to hover the cursor over an avatar, because I certainly do not know whose avatar is just another A or J in a colored circle. I can tell they responded multiple days ago, but don’t get a date or time when the cursor hovers, so now I have to do date math or keep a calendar handy for reference: hmmm, did they make the filing date or not...

I have found that with the smaller fonts, and itty bitty avatars, etc, all you need to do is purchase a 104 inch monitor and things seem to work much better.

Ha ha ha. I don’t think my office is that big, unless I use the monitor as a room divider.
