option to send efile confirmation directly from the tax software
Please give us the ability to send efile confirmation directly from the tax software. It's like getting a mint along with your bill for dinner. Nice gesture, shows gratitude for the business. That's what an efile confirm does, its says here ya go, certificate of completion...thank you for your business. Instead we as preparers have to answer and email: did my return go through? and then download the piece of paper and get it to client through some means. You are supposed to be keeping us in the software right? Please like this post if you want this option so it can go up for voting.
