You just need to train your clients better.  My clients assume that since they paid me for the complete process, I am going to complete the whole process.  I have never had a client contact me wondering if their return cleared.  

Train my clients better? Are you kidding me? My clients are plenty trained, have had most of them for 15 plus years.  They like it as an extra final touch.  Ultra tax which I used for several years sent them out automatically, so my clients were "trained" to expect it! AS was I.  

You could always go back to UltraTax if this is a critical function for you.

Not everyone thinks like you.

And not everyone thinks like you.  The world would be a boring place if everyone had identical thoughts.  Besides, this page is just a wishing well for Intuit users to think that Intuit actually listens to its users.  The odds of them changing anything because of your post is pretty much non-existent.  Other folks have posted the similar wish list over the years and as you can see, it still hasn't happened.

I get that, but one of my ideas just went up for voting.  We have no other outlet. I wish we did. I'm just a preparer out here trying to give my clients the best service I can in the most efficient way possible.

If you are unhappy maybe you are the one that needs to look elsewhere versus being a bully in the tax forum

I use ProSeries.  I'm happy. I was just pointing out the realty of your issue.  If it makes you feel better to call me a bully for speaking the truth, knock yourself out.

Check your delivery of what you say. I have nothing more to say to you.
