Customizing a client letter is very hard since the sidebar lists codes without good descriptions. ALSO where to enter the codes into the proforma letter takes a lot of trial and error. It would be easier if the edit template had paragraphs separated and even labeled.Extension returns should have the due date printed too.
i wish that the Sch F would support efiling the F&E return for state of TN.i have to manually load into the TN web site to file electronically
I would like the ability to change the font size in the tabs at the bottom of the detail input screen and the forms screen. I have multiple workstations. They all were using old Apple 30" Cinema displays. The tabs were small. On one workstation I change the display to a LG 43" and the tabs now are in bold and larger. I never changed the settings in Lacerte or in Windows except for the new increased resolution size. I have called support about this asking how I can get the tabs larger on my other workstation displays. The answer has been the same for 10 years . You cannot change them.I protested but they did change how come. No response and no help.

why can't we use a signature pad in the hosted environment? Drake software can be used in the Right Networks environment.

For the last 2-3 years the Kentucky Tangible Tax Return will not print as a government copy to be mailed. We must always manually print this return. It prints fine for the client's copy. Can Lacerte please fix this issue? Or is there a setting that I am missing.

It is a huge waste of time that I have to go through and invite all my clients every year. why did you make it that way. Once they have established a login every year should be accessible without me having to invite them all again every year!!!!!!!!!!!
It would be extremely helpful if the payment confirmation for PPR would include the last for of the efiled client SSN. There is no way, right now, to match the confirmation to an efiled return when several are submitted in one day.
