Organizers from 2021 Tax Program - Many ErrorsNew

2022 Organizers produced from the 2021 tax program during mid-December are rife with errors, including:Interest/Dividend descriptions - not included where duplicate names existState Tax Refund - amount produced is the Organizer is the 2020 state tax refundAlimony Paid - prior year amounts not printed on Organizer (huge issue, as this is easy to miss)Other Property Taxes - descriptions and prior-year amounts did not printMiscellaneous Deductions - descriptions and prior-year amounts did not printWe have been left to find these errors on our owns.  To our knowledge, Lacerte users have not been notified of the botched Organizers.  On top of the lack of transparency for Intuit's failure, we have asked on several occasions for a full list of the errors, which has not been provided.  We are left to find them on our own.We have been informed that many of these errors were fixed in January.  Our Organizers were printed in mid-December for our customary mailing between Christmas and New Years Day.  For us, the fixes do not solve our issue.Clients are questioning why prior-year amounts and descriptions are not printed, while erroneous amounts are printed.  We have a credibility and confidence issue with clients, who we are now asking to "trust us, the tax software that produced these errors will correctly produce your tax returns" and left to explain why we sent the error-filled Organizers.  It is time-consuming and frustrating. In addition to requiring more time and attention to such matters, the possibility for creating tax returns with errors is significantly greater.
