Partnership change of ownership worksheets
I am calling it "change of ownership" but that is when we need simple recap reports. When there is a change of ownership we need to change from "old partners" to "new partners" many items. There is no simple report of most of these. Would like recap reports showing all partners for Basis, Debt, etc. These can be formatted like Capital Account Reconciliation or put on the Schedule K-1 Allocation Summary. For each of calculations it would be nice to be able to export these into a CSV file.
