Which expenses paid to the au pair are considered eligible childcare expenses?
IRS Publication 503 and Publication 926 are of some assistance on this issue, but they appear to be lacking in specifics. It would appear that qualified expenses include the fee paid to the au pair program as well as the stipend paid to the au pair. Any further guidance is appreciated.
