Volunteer compensation
My husband has 1099's of compensation for taking surveys throughout the year. How am I supposed to find a business code that applies to volunteer survey taking? I can't even find market research or anything related at https://proconnect.intuit.com/articles/principal-business-activity-codes/
Is there a better site that can help me out? He doesn't do this as a profession and I have no idea what to do with the Schedule C because he doesn't account for what he does, or track it in any way because he has never looked at it as a business.
