Unfiled Taxes

I have a person who has not filed for 2021.  They have W2 and are due a refund.  Can this be entered in 2021 ProSeries and then efiled or does return need to be printed andmailed.?

    Mailed.  The IRS only keeps 3 years open for efile.  Currently that's 2024, 2023, and 2022.
