taxpayer with no income and 1 child - does it get child tax credit?

I have a taxpayer with zero income and one child.  Does she qualify for child tax credit?

    The refundable portion of the Child Tax Credit is calculated on Schedule 8812.  Work through the form, and you'll be able to figure out the answer yourself.   🙂
