Tax Act is advertising in my fortune cookies

There is a Chinese Buffet we went to a few times a month (I love their egg foo yung) and the food is only available as take out, now. They pack a few fortune cookies in the bags. The fortune inserts have been glossy black with Tax Act tax tips and advertisements on one side. Seems like marketing genius to me.
