PARTNERSHIP FORMATION IN LATE DEC 2022, DO I STILL NEED TO FILE 1065?
If a partnership LLC in NC was formed in late december 2022, do they still need to file 1065? There is income and startup expenses, however I was told that they can carryover everything to 2023, and it is not necessary to file. I can't find any information regarding this.
