Early 2019 — Fairly estimated income of 100%—400% of poverty level to qualify for subsidies. Never panned out. Medical condition went south. Wildly overpaid for the year. None of the subsidy has to be repaid, but is a refund possible? One certainly has to pay if UNDER-estimating income.

If your income was lower than anticipated, and additional APTC is due to you, it will be figured on the tax return once you've entered your 1095A along with the rest of your income/deductions.
