NY Quarterly Estimated Tax Payment

Can I schedule the NY quarterly Estimated tax payments to be debited automatically on their respective due dates and eFile them at one time with the tax return?

It seems that they have to be filed individually and I have to go back and eFile the next one manually the following quarter.  Is there a way to avoid this?
