Missing stimulus check for widow

My parents filed jointly in 2018 and 2019.  My dad passed away in March 2020.  My 80 year old Mom still hasn't gotten her stimulus check.  Does anyone have any thoughts on where her check might be and how I can help my Mom get her money?  I've contacted the the Irs.gov website to make sure they have the correct bank information.  I don't know what to do from here.

    This is an advance on a 2020 credit, if you don't get the EIP this summer (for whatever reason), you will get it on the 2020 tax return.

    But, I think you may be in the wrong place...this forum is for tax professionals using Intuit's professional tax software, it appears you may be looking for DIY help.
