Mailing address for election to forego NOL carryback

I am finally able to file my clients' returns, which have a NOL carryover. I was successful in attaching PDF files electing to forego the carryback period...except for 1. I can't figure out the problem why the file won't attach. Any suggestions??? If I am unable to e-file the election, is there an address I can mail the election to?

    Are these farms?

    What software are you using?  The software should have a built-in option to include the election to waive the carryback for farms.  There shouldn't be a need to attach a PDF to do that.
