Lacerte access deleted

Has anyone had their Lacerte access completely deleted due to an update from an email on January 3, 2025, "...LINDA NEVIS has requested access to Connected Services"

This email was sent to  me by Intuit( and confirmed by help desk) to an email address I used when I worked for the prior owner.

I have owned this account for 5 years and I lost all of the setting, access, custom Letters, Invoices, Engagement Letters, and access to LINK.

So far I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with Lacerte help and have lost a full 2 weeks of work.
