Lacerte 2024 deleted my Firm in Jan 2025
Hi All,
Does anyone know who I can talk to about the major mess Lacerte caused me in January of 2025, with the 2024 rollout? Lacerte deleted my entire Firm. I had to resubmit all the paperwork (that I had already provided in 2019) confirming I owned the business.
It took them 3 weeks to get me reinstated and up and running. I lost 3 weeks of work and I was stressed out all tax season wondering how this mess up was going to affect my clients. I have not hear from anyone since they got me up and running, and I do not know who to contact.
