irs refund site - error message

i am getting the following message when I try to check on refund status

got it friday - saturday - sunday and again today

and just tried to look someone up on my daughters laptop and IT WORKS from it

any assistance is appreciated

    Try a different browser.

    Do you use VPN on your PC?

    This is known to happen when you have VPN turned on because certain IP addresses are on the filter list for one reason or another.  Sometimes, simply switching to a different virtual server resolves the problem.  Sometimes, you'd have to turn it off altogether to get access.

    Don't forget to clear your cache before you try again.
