IRA Distribution in NJ

Can someone tell me how to designate (in Pro Series) a traditional IRA distribution as non-taxable in NJ?

    It is probably never 100% non taxable. You can put the basis(annual contributions) in so they will be prorated over the withdrawals.

    I only know Pro Series.
