Unlike other countries that use plastic or polymer notes for their fiat money, the US Treasury has confirmed that it will continue to use paper, even though a lot of it is made from imported Asian cotton and flax.  Unlike the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Vietnam, Mexico, and Singapore, we like to do things in the traditional way, even when it costs more.

I just have to ask - how much are the tariffs on that Asian cotton and flax?
