Im trying to reapply for my EFIN and i get an error that says FBI TOA NOT ACCEPTED, Does anyone know what that means?

    It may have something to do with finger printing. Have you been finger printed ? You should call the help desk for help on application

    Thank you so much. I do have to redo my fingerprints even though I am reapplying.

    TOA = Terms Of Agreement.

     

    "Each new Principal and Responsible Official must sign using their Personal Identification Number (PIN), acknowledging they have read:

    • The Privacy Act and Paper Reduction Act Notice

    • The FBI Privacy Act Statement and

    • Accepted the TOA"

    I was not seeing that option during the application process. I called the IRS help desk and they walked me through it. thanks.
