If you have a LLC in texas are you required to use the ADS Depreciation when your filing as a single member on a schedule c form 1040/

    An LLC doesn't have different rules for depreciation than a non-LLC.  Neither does being in Texas affect depreciation.

    What is the reason that you think you are required to use ADS?

      There is a poster on a different list serve with a tag line "I wish Texas was still a separate country".  😉
