if a person was deemed 35% disabled because of a prior injury is any portion of their regular income excluded from income taxes

I have a client who was injured on the job. He returned to his job, he was ruled 35% disabled . Is any portion of his regular wages he is earning now tax exempt because of his disability?

    You might be trying to relate this to Military? Is the person Military, Military Retiree, or general business employee?

    If it is it should show in Bx 2 of W2. The taxable income amount would be less than gross amt in bx 1
