I need to file a IRS Form 56 for a deceased taxpayer.

The return shows a small payment due.  There are two separate filing addresses for refunds and payments due.  The payment due is sent to an out of state office while the refund returns are sent to the in state office.  Which one do I send the Form 56 to?
