how to enter the exclusion for rental property that is also principal rental

Hi Everyone

My client sold her rental property it has four units. She lives in one unit and has for the last 30 years.

Not sure where to enter the exclusion in ProSeries for her unit this is her personal residence.

Please Advise.

    Allocate the sales proceeds into two different sales - one for the rental property and one for the personal residence.
