I have a client who didn't pay taxes on wages due to an in-home supportive services program that waives her from federal and state taxes.  How or where do I find that information

Maybe something in this one helps?

I'm not sure if you are asking how to enter in the software (altho you don't state what software program you are using....) or about the concept in general.

Are you talking about Medicaid Waiver Payments. Notice 2014-7. Did your client receive a W2, if so scroll down on the W2 worksheet, and there is a box to check making it not taxable. Note if needed it can be used for EITC, but either all or none.
