Home school expenses deduction because of pandemic?

Supposedly can deduct up to $5000 for home schooling due to pandemic. Where do I deduct that?

    "Supposedly" is wrong.

    So the place to deduct would be nowhere.

    Did you mean this: "Homeschool parents in Louisiana may qualify for a tax deduction of up to 50% of qualifying educational expenses not to exceed $5,000 per dependent."

    It looks like something that has existed since 2009.
