Here Is The Final Version of the Legislation

The House will vote Wednesday morning on this final version the Senate just sent over.

See page 299 for the change to taxable unemployment compensation.  

Probably more important in the long run are the changes to the child tax credit, making it a monthly payment to parents.  But we'll have to absorb those.  

Here's an interesting number I came across.  Do you know how many Americans collected unemployment last year?

About 40 million, it's estimated. 

Good thing we all waited to finish their returns.

    About 40 million, it's estimated. 

    And way too many of those are sitting in a file drawer because I can't finish them; it's driving me nuts.
