has anyone tried to work pte tax with a single member llc

    SMLLC filing as an individual is not allowed to do a PTE for CA.  But if the SMLLC is a member of a partnership, then the SMLLC is allowed.

      What state?

      Is the SMLLC a disregarded entity? Or is it taxed as an S Corp?

      The more I know the more I don’t know.
