FTB FORM 3849- ALLOCATION OF POLICY AMOUNT
My client is on parent's health plan, but not on their tax return , there are no amounts on the column C of his parent's ca form 3895. When I went to form FTB 3849, part IV (allocation of policy amounts ), on line 30, column (e) premium %, I entered "0.30" and left column SLCSP % (f) and advance payment of the PAS % (g) blank , I got small refund. But when I entered 0.30 (column e), 0.30(column f), 0.30(column g), I got very big refund. Which one is correct?
