I am working on a single member C Corp and it keeps bringing up Form 5471?

I don't understand what would generate this form? Or how to get rid of it.

If the form was accidentally clicked on it would be part of the return until you manually remove it.

Try this for me.

Open the 5471.
Go to the Forms menu at the top of the screen and choose Remove Form 5471 page 1.

This should remove the form. If it comes back automatically it's being triggered from somewhere else in the return. If so do any lines have numbers present besides the name and address of the corp?
