Final year 1041 capital loss displays on line 23
I have a final year fiduciary 1041 with capital loss. The loss is appearing on 1041 line 23, "Taxable Income" even though all income and losses are passed out to the beneficiaries on the K-1's. Line 23 should be "0". I cannot find an input to "zero" line 23 out.
