Well well here we go again. I have just prepared my own tax return and I guess it is a good thing that WE do not have to pay estimated tax payments untill April 15th because the forms have not been approved yet.

You ae right. It is a way to go before 04/15/25 and the govt will most likely take every minute of it to get it done. The last 2 tax seasons that I was in business I had a box sitting by my desk with tax returns that could not be sent in because some form that was needed had not been approved yet. I would have to wait untill the end of Feb. or the middle of March before they could be sent in.

Just think how much more time we now have to drink Fireball. Today I see that the form is posted with IRS https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf I search on Thursday and could not even find a draft, but maybe Fireball played a role in that.
