Does anyone know how to retroactively file for the employee retention credit for 2020?

      Any idea how to file 941x after acquisition.  Acquisition caused new EIN, so how to apply for credits with old EIN?

      You need to know if that is a qualified predecessor-successor merger or acquisition.
