Does CA still allow investment expenses to be deductible in Sch CA?

Client paid financial advisor fees (also shown in 1099) in 2025.  Does CA still allow this under "misc deduction" in Sch CA?

Yes. Side 6 line 21 is where it shows up. Still subject to a 2% hurdle
