    I guess it is, i mean the paper says "statement of taxable income" but no vested date and theres a "total w2 income" on the statement but yet again theres no RSU total on the W2..

    I always have the client get the year-end paystub.  Then I tie into additional W2 income, shares sold during the year, and shares held at year-end.
