CRUT: can the distribution to charity from CRUT be deductible on final tax return of the deceased person who created the CRUT?

    I don't think so. The charitable contribution deduction was claimed, or should have been claimed, when property was contributed to the CRUT when it was established.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
