Converting from partnership 1065 to 1120S

What is the process in proconnect to convert return previous years as a 1065 to a 1120S for tax year 2018.

At this time, ProConnect Tax Online does not support the transfer of a 1065 file into a 1120s file. 
I would be happy to add this as an enhancement request for you.
