Client is a truck driver claiming schedule C. How do we report his per diam on the schedule C as a expense

    You'll need to determine the number of days they are entitled to and multiply it by the applicable rate(s).  Then this is entered on the "DOT meals in full (80%) " line within the Travel and Meals section of the Schedule C deductions.
