My client is divorced and has 2 children; ex-husband and client each claim one. Both children live with client full-time and client pays childcare for dependent which is claimed by ex-husband. Can she claim those expenses?

Child care stays with the custodial parent, so you should be able to.

You have both kids listed in the dependent area right? The one that dad claims would have Code Q (the one that mom claims would have Code L) and you should be able to assign child care to both kids.
