Does charity donations made in 2021 before April 15, 2021 qualify for charity contribution for 2020?

      Nope, if you didnt donate before the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve,  youre too late for 2020.

        @dtax  You're thinking of retirement contributions having a 4/15 due date, not charitable contributions.

          One year for a disaster (Haiti I think) they let you make contributions in the first month or two of the subsequent year and deduct them on the prior year.

          The more I know the more I don’t know.
