Can a final 1120 S cover more than 12 month period

The LLC taxed as an S-Corp is shut down as of March 2020, they were calendar year, can I extend the period covered with the 2019 filing to include Jan-March 2020?

    Nope, you need to file 2 returns.  You can do the 2020 now on paper using the the 2019 software and crossing off the 19 and writing in 20.
