CA reject for Form 3804-CR when not required
All California tax returns I open show Form 3804-CR automatically in 'Forms in use'. The return will not e-file even if I am not using the form. I am assuming I can simply delete it and continue to efile?...or is there something that I should be entering on the form. taxpayer has no business income.
