anyone elses entire lacerte software suite been down for the count today?

    I am having troubles.  I log in and it indicates that it cannot verify my online credentials.

    oddly I was able to log into 2021 Lacerte but not 2022????

    I repeated tried to log in without taking a break.  I'm finally in but got this message:

     "A problem occurred while checking Connected Services. You may need to Sign In again to use some features." 

    I am using this as leverage when software renewals come around

    Me too, I was in but when I tried to request eSig, it said Unable to validate your online credentials. Please try again later.

    We can not get in either!!!

    My fear is they have a data breach and system is compromised.

    its hard not to be thinking that

    Intuit products (QB Desktob, specifically payroll services)  were real glitchy a week or so ago too, this event doesn't help calm those thoughts

    Only 2022 programs affected.  It let me authenticate and load 2021 version.  (I just did it to test if only 2022 is affected.
