Amended returns for 2019

In cases where 2019 returns need to be amended, should we wait until after July 15, 2020?

    Wait until the returns have been processed. If e-file, I think a 2 week period for processing is reasonable. 7/15 is not a magic number. 7/11 maybe but not 7/15.
