Question

V2020.3.0 doesn't carry forward previous year's preparer/partner/reviewer initials NOR save the current ones!

My 2020 T1 "module option" page has ALL the "Carry forward" file boxes checked alright.

How to resolve this essential features?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

I did some testing and the preparer/partner/reviewer are saving for me when entered in the current year,2019 and 2018. Review marks do not carry forward but do save. I get preparer and partner to carry forward.

Suggestions:

1) Make sure there are no update preparer warnings in the auditor

2) Calls us at 1-800-452-9970 or start a chat from the ProFile help menu
