Tax return for an Ontario resident but employed by a Quebec Company

My client is an Ontario resident - she has a T4 from an Ontario employer and another T4 and an RL-1 issued by her Quebec employer.

Under 'Info' I answered 'Yes' to  'A TP-1 income tax return is being filed with Revenu Quebec for the first time".  However the RL-1 slip is nowhere to be found under 'slips'.  I selected T4 and entered the T4 information in Profile T4 form including box 22 - withholding tax, which is a different amount from the tax withheld shown in box E of RL-1.  At the bottom of the T4 form is "Quebec Tax deducted (Non-resident of Quebec)"; so I also entered the tax withheld in box E of RL-1.  Please advise how to prepare the tax return correctly in Profile for this particular case.  Thank you!
